My coaching philosophy is shaped from my own experiences as a coached athlete and I pride myself on a completely individualised approach for every athlete I work with.
I have a BSc in Psychology and a great understanding of the science behind distance running. With this knowledge at the forefront, I consider the lifestyle, experience and performance goals of every individual to create challenging, yet fulfilling and sustainable training plans.
My motto is "love the grind" and by this I mean embracing and enjoying the process, over constantly chasing an outcome. I’ve found that by applying this to my training, the outcome often takes care of itself.
I coach athletes of all abilities, from 1500m on the track, all the way up to the marathon.

One-to-One Online Package
Personalised Training Plan
A personalised training plan tailored to your lifestyle, experience, goals and injury history. Each training week is carefully crafted to target improvements over time, whilst balancing training load and recovery. Plans are hosted on TrainingPeaks and include detailed explanations and instructions for each run, workout, strength and conditioning session and cross training days if necessary.
Continual Feedback
Two-way feedback is provided via TrainingPeaks directly. I encourage athletes to share comments and notes on how they feel sessions have gone from their perspective. I analyse training output and respond to comments with feedback and advice.
On-hand Support
I’m on hand via WhatsApp and email to respond quickly, and talk anything through or make real-time adjustments to the plan whenever needed.
A 30-minute check-in call is provided each month and these are central to building a solid athlete-coach relationship; sharing feedback, discussing progress, setting goals and to preparing strategies for any upcoming races.
