Important Notice for EU Customers
Please note that, due to current trade regulations, orders shipped from the UK to EU countries may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total at checkout and will need to be paid by the recipient to the local customs authority.
Who pays the duty?
The recipient (EU customer) is responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or handling fees.
Why is this charge applied?
Since our store is based in the UK, shipments to the EU are treated as imports and are subject to customs clearance.
How much will the duty be?
Charges vary by country and order value. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate.
