Refund policy

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us within 14 days upon receipt of your order to request a return of the item(s), providing the reason for the return request. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), it can take up to 5 working days to process the return and a further 3 working days for the money to appear back in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you reach out to us at info@philybowden.com with your order number and a clear description of the item(s) you would like to return. We will send you a prepaid return QR code. Once we have received your returned items you will receive a refund. You can order the items again in the new sizes you require through the website. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the shipping cost for the new item(s).
